I definitely would and have recommended FIT Strength & Conditioning to anyone who wants to transform their health.

It has been great to spend the past 6 weeks attending #Workouts at this great spot. The trainers are really encouraging and work with you where you are. I have seen a body transformation following their routine and applying the nutritional guidd provided to us.

I would like to give a special thanks to Nina for working with me around the clock on nutrition questions, workout form, and just motivating us. Also, Colin was the trainer I worked with the most and his techniques for building full body strength while having patience for body areas/exercises that don't feel natural at first is unsurpassed from any workout program I have been involved with in the past. They have a great team in Albany and, as I said, I highly recommend this program.

I joined Albany FIT Strength and Conditioning for a 6 Week Transformation. I hands down give them 5/5 stars! I knew from the moment that I met Corey that I was ready to take on this challenge with the support that he has in place. This is the support of the trainers...Rebekka, Nina, Erica & Colin. These coaches are nothing less than amazing. They are dedicated to help each individual in their fitness journey. It is a very comfortable and welcoming place...and I always felt comfortable and able to ask for assistance if needed. In addition to the workouts and the coaches...there is a eating component. From my first meeting I knew my eating habits would change for the better. It is strict...but healthy and filling! All around a wonderful program I would highly recommend to anyone! So...again, Albany FIT Strength & Conditioning is top notch!!

I have been a member at several gyms over the years and I can honestly say not one compares to this gym. I have seen results like none before in the six weeks I have been attending. The trainers are patient, extremely knowledgeable and guide you along the way to meet your goals. The workouts are challenging yet modified for everyone's own fitness level. The staff are so motivating, that I actually look forward to going to the gym!The gym is extremely clean. Its like being part of a family, they all truly care about your results and what brought you to the gym. I'm excited to continue my journey with Albany Fit Strength & Conditioning/Clifton Park Fit Strength & Conditioning. Thank you all for your dedication to ME.

I first joined Albany FIT for a six week fitness challenge. I had tried other fitness program but never left feeling satisfied. Thus program and the staff at the gym are so very different. They support you through the entire process and everyone at the gym is kind and supportive. I feel better after 6 weeks than I have ever felt before. I cannot recommend this gym any more highly. I'm so pleased with my results and as cheesy as it sounds the gym feels like family!!

I joined Albany Fit Strength and Conditioning at the end of April 2018. I am a mom of 5 kids and have a crazy busy life. It had been a long time since I’d taken time to take care of myself. I decided enough was enough! Participating in the 6 week challenge was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my weight loss journey! When I started, I weighed 215.6 lbs. This is the heaviest I’ve been not pregnant. I went through many trials and tribulations during those 6 weeks but I stayed true to the meal plan and attended at least 3 classes each week. Nina is the most amazing accountability coach! Without her I don’t think I would’ve come so far! At the end of my challenge I lost 20.6lbs!! I feel amazing! I choose right from the beginning to sign up for the 1 year membership. I completed my challenge 2 weeks ago and I’ve lost another 9lbs since then. I highly recommend FIT Strength to anyone who is ready to lose weight, gain muscle, gain confidence and feel good!

I am in my final week of the 6 week challenge at Albany FIT strength and conditioning and I am so glad that I signed up. I am very satisfied with the coaches assistance, the variety of work-outs/equipment, and the supportive atmosphere in general is amazing. It is designed to suit all fitness levels. The coaches help people to modify as needed or to push harder if they see fit. It is as close to personal training in a group format that you can get. I would recommend people who wish to be on a journey towards a better, faster, stronger them give it a try.

I absolutely love this gym! The coaches are awesome and every workout is a different experience. I joined the 6 week challenge to get back to a healthy life style. encouraging to see the weight dropping off after many weeks of hard work. If your looking for a workout that’s challenging and rewarding this is the place to go.

I decided to join the 6 week challenge to get a jump start into a exercise routine and to get a feel for Albany Fit. My fiancé reluctantly joined me (he is not a “gym person”) but we both enjoyed the program. The trainers are friendly, supportive and encouraging and not intimidating at all. The meal plan, although strict, is totally doable and we both feel stronger and healthier after completing this challenge.

While I do believe the deposit that is required to start the program is necessary to keep you motivated and accountable, it is a big commitment. You should be prepared to roll the deposit into the membership if you don’t meet the goals (loss of body fat or weight, which is harder to do if you start out closer to normal).

That being said, we have decided to continue a membership because we enjoyed the trainers and the work outs that much. Looking forward to continuing our fitness journey, and looking good for our upcoming wedding!
