Nate and the team were awesome! They spent a great deal of time and attention not just pointing things out or explaining what was going on in the things I pointed out, they taught me a lot about the structure of my home and building science-based strategies to enhance and preserve it for decades to come. And the inspection was very reasonably priced. Can’t recommend enough!

Nate inspected our foundation and developed an opinion per the request of our home appraiser as my fiancé and I close on our first home. He spent over an hour and a half diligently scouting the outside and every aspect of the inside of our (to-be) home. Gave great remarks on immediacy of issues, potential and present, as well as available and accepted options in the industry to mitigate and repair such. The letter he wrote was in my inbox less than 24 hours later, and was comprehensive of diagnoses, image explanations, and recommendations. Nate was extremely personable, friendly, and professional, with an attitude that made it clear that he cared about our time, money, and safety now and after closing. My only regret is not calling him sooner, but I will be sure to have him involved in the pre-offer phase of our future home acquisitions, and will be calling him again next year to get a sense of how things are progressing. You're paying for a professional, and his time spent with you will save you headaches and thousands of dollars.
