I graduated in December 2022 after working with Steve for 7 of my semesters at RPI and I can say without a doubt that he helped me to stay grounded and made sure that I would get through each semester. Making use of time with him and being willing to ask for assistance outside of scheduled visits with a text was a really good way to make sure that I kept myself moving forward. He is simply a good person who told you what you needed to hear and sometimes that was all I needed to keep on track for the semester. Additionally, his assistance with setting things up with campus offices (e.g. ALAC, DSS) and helping me to rationalize their use was a help during my time at RPI.
