Paid to get WiFi installed in my PC, afterwards problems with connection persisted despite the huge antenna they added to the outside of my desktop. Found out now, there is no software for that on the inside (after having the pc looked at again) what a scam.

I had a 32" LCD TV and a 15" LCD monitor that I want to have recycled. A Best Buy employee told me it would cost me $30 per item for them to take them for recycling and explained the fee was imposed by NYS. I checked my local transfer site where I was told electronic items cost between $1 and $10 depending on the size. Googling the issue led me to the NYS DEC website that explained manufacturers were obliged to provide free recycling of their products. A link led me to Samsung's site which had a link showing Northern Computers as such a site. I called and got a friendly reply that, yes, they would take these two LCD units for me with no charge. This was a very friendly and helpful interaction that let me dispose of these items properly with no hassle. Thank you folks at Northern Computers.
