These people arent human. My apartment leaked constantly. To which they took months to repair. The mold in the apartment was out of control. They actually left me without a kitchen ceiling a couple weeks a couple years ago. My floor was replaced three times due to leaks. The final straw was the crime and drug dealing going on. I was given a free months rent my second year. Brenda never acknowledged it. She charged me illegal late fees every month. Even during covid. They said i could terminate the lease. I left them with 3000 dollars in deposits. Horrible horrible place to live. Id welcome a court date and am seeking legal advice. I should have talked to a lawyer years ago. After nine years of hell i am so happy i left. Stay away from these guys. Slum lords.
