Michael and Don made a GROSS fundamentally procedural error in my employment discrimination case against a high-profile upstate New York law firm which caused my case to be dismissed; now, tied up in motions for YEARS trying to fix the damages they caused. They failed to check the EEOC portal and my 90-day right-to-sue notice was discovered 309 days —THREE HUNDRED NINE DAYS—past due. I had to sue the EEOC personally to try and get their NEGLIGENCE reversed and my case still got DISMISSED because of them. I wish I could show you the email “the notice went to my spam folder” which does not explain how 30 years —THIRTY YEARS— practicing employment law a FUNDAMENTAL mistake like this could EVER happen. Smells 🦈 to me. The BEST thing I did was fire these clowns. Michael is loud and rude makes dumb excuses for mistakes stutters lies and has temper tantrums like a child when he gets upset. And he tried to bully me, yeah, he was very tough-talking and writing to me but passive as a mouse with the EEOC and dealing with the high-profile law firm my discrimination case was against. Google my name. Find the case in ND he screwed up for me. Then BEWARE if you use this firm for anything.
