Faced with a sudden router failure and the inability for anyone in our household to be connected, I called Craig Vogel at myComputerGuy to see if he could help. He responded immediately and worked to help me over the phone to troubleshoot my existing set-up (which he had not installed). When it became clear that I likely had a hardware failure, I asked him if he could install a new system. He came over immediately and quickly set up the new system and worked with me to make sure it was operating properly. Craig was very knowledgeable, very practical and worked to make sure that I had the right equipment, at the right price, for our needs. It was a great experience and I recommend myComputerGuy highly.

Yesterday, I used myComputerGuy to help resolve a networking issue for a company computer that was failing to connect to the internet. myComputerGuy was able to assess the problem and repair the issue within an hour. I also had them address an internet performance issue at my home where even though I had Cablevision's fastest service, I was getting extremely slow performance on my wifi network. Again, myComputerGuy was able to quickly assess the problem, determined the cause, provide new equipment on the spot and resolve my issue so my wireless internet service is now operating 5x faster.
