STAY AWAY - They are extremely unprofessional. We moved out of New York in July 2021 and still had to pay their fees after several weeks of going back and forth.

In 2022, we did not sign any contract with them and still they sent an invoice and rude in the email. This is after I engaged my lawyer who submitted all the paperwork to inform them that the house was sold to a new owner.
