Came by during regular business hours at 11am. The business is closed despite the posted hours of operation being 9am-6pm. A couple weeks ago I came by at 9 but the store was closed and nobody showed up until 10am. They seem to be nice and provide helpful service when open but the hours of operation are not adhered to.

I got a random email from this place that I’d never been to asking for my electronic signature to finish up a transaction's for Greenforest Bank. I have been to the location near me but only to mail items. I know my information is in their system and they have my banking information. I’m not sure why I got the email for a bank transfer but something’s up. It came with a personalized message. Why? Just a heads up for others. This doesn’t seem like engaging is on the up and up. Pak n Ship, I’ll be going to Postal Plus unless you own them too. I’ll do my research and you can remove my info from your database. Because of that strange email, it seems like you’ve got something else going on besides mail and I don’t feel like it’s safe to do business with you anymore.

Part time worker is very helpful…owners not as much. Hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm but no one is ever there at 9:00am and you have to sit in the parking lot and wait. They do not accept UPS packages at all anymore which makes it hard to do business here.

This place is now charging $2 to ship PRE-PAID UPS packages. In addition, the owner regularly leaves the office unattended during office hours to pick her child up from school and doesn't post when she'll return. Therefore you can't reliably know that the business will be open when you visit. I recommend finding another center for your shipping needs.

Great place with with helpful service, best part close to home!! I can easily drop off my package now.
