I came to these people about two weeks ago maybe a week and a half ago I called to make an appointment and they told me oh come in this was on a Saturday come in. It's 3 o'clock and we'll see you. I thought OK great so my husband and I come in andthe tax professional. The Cpa is not there just the secretary. She says oh I'm sorry he double booked he's not here I said can I reschedule? she says we'll fill this paper out and then we'll get back up with you so we fill out this paper give all of our personal information Social Security all this stuff and give a picture of our drivers license and assume that they will call us that week to make an appointment to reschedule. No rescheduled no call. No nothing now I wonder should I be worried that they have my personal information and they're not even professional enough to follow up with the phone call for a new client I mean they have great reviews on here but I'm not seeing it. I don't know what's going on.
