Terrible service. Cannot reach anyone. Their website tells you where to send a very big check (over $900) for services but they are no longer at that address. This seems like false advertising - this website looks like a government website and it's not! Also, they have an F on the Better Business Bureau website. I would be very careful doing anything with these guys.

We are a corporation with a DBA and still were jerked around by this "so-called" SBA affiliated program. They took our money and gave us the run around after we submitted exactly what they were asking for. The person behind the desk was unable to even spell words correctly and yet insulted our business, it is appalling that this type of business is even allowed to operate. We may take steps to sue even if just for the stolen $995.

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT A CORPORATION. It is not openly disclosed on the website to applicants that their business must be a corporation to get certified. I assume that there are other small businesses, like myself, that may apply or consider this certification that has yet to incorporate or does not intend to. In the one-page application itself, there is no mention of the requirement to be a corporation to receive the certification. This should be clearly stated.

Instead, the TOS under requirements does outline requirements but I did not identify anything that advises what does not qualify.

If you are not a corporation and do not intend to incorporate this is not the route for you to consider. I was guided via another source to this website and I was advised by this organization via email that I can not get my money back.

This is a scammer website they got us for $1000 dollars and the state said they could do nothing about it! The federal government should arrest, prosecute and imprison all of the owners of this site!

Scam. Do not do business with these scammers. Will not render services, paid for. Shady policy and terms-read. They are sneaky and are a bad look for Texas....they are not SBA affiliated.

I find this company to be shady. They will certify your business as MBE, WBE etc. with basic information on the application and a check for $995.00. Let the buyer beware.

This is fraud! Please do not send them money. You will not receive service nor will you receive a refund. Check them out on the BBB website.
