This is the most lying group of people I have ever dealt with. I called because they never reported my income to the IRS so my taxes can't be completed till they do. This is what the IRS told me. When I called the to see if they can get resolved the lady was asking questions irrelevant to the issue at hand. I told her that it had nothing to do with that and the IRS said that they needed to send in my income from the company I worked for that they handle. The lady then said that she didn't do my taxes then hung up on me. Her boss called me back and was worse than his staff. If you are doing taxes with them find someone else cause if you have a problem they put you on the back burner and say it's your problem. Businesses stay away from them handling your taxes.
