Ms. Nai is wonderful and cery thorough. 2 Years ago her work literally saved me! I burst into tears and will always be grateful ro her and her staff. Used her last year also and was more than pleased with the work provided. Already rondule again this year. Just make sure you have all your necessary documents ready to go.

Been going to Miss Nai for many years! She and staff is like family! Miss Nai ROCKS the Tax Preparer roll!!! If it’s out there for you to get… Miss Nai knows how to get it legally out right for you. I had to call to request copies of my 2020 return. After investigating I was charged almost $400 and my return was prepared incorrectly. After calling several times they said that Ms.Nai was not in. Finally I get a call not from Ms Nai but one of her minions and saying I was overcharged and I should be receiving a refund check for the difference in a couple of weeks. Ms. Nai has her minions doing returns and they do not know what they are doing. I was referred to her during Harvey and boy what a disappointment. When you call, they try to hurry you up and get rid of you. She doesn't try to get you the best refund possible. You are just a number to her $$$$. Never Again! Stay Away!!! Unprofessional!

Vivian did my return. Dropped off a return that didn't get process for several weeks. Real Nice, real kind and all that but horrible sense of urgency regarding clients whose refunds are not cut and dry. Getting in contact with them from overseas is wishful. They do not answer emails. I only gave 2 stars because #1 I did use them knowing full well I should have went with an international tax professional and #2 They're nice folks.

After working with ELQ, filing taxes is not a problem. Being an owner operator, I was always worrying about taxes. The people at ELQ are nice, polite, and very professional, while treating you like family. The owner is the best in the business. Top notch. One thing make an appointment, I was a walk in the last 3 years, they are so good they are always pack at tax season. I waited every time because I wanted the best.

I rate this tax office 1 star, but feel they do deserve a lesser score in my opinion. My wife and I were recently referred to a tax business in the area and made the mistake of entering this office. Not long after being there did we realize we had chosen the wrong place! The lady handling our papers (an older Hispanic woman; supposedly the “manager”) was very rude and unprofessional. We were supposed to have our tax papers on hold as one of their reps had told us 30 mins before leaving. We spoke with a relative who informed us that we in fact had been to the wrong office. When we returned to retrieve our papers 20mins later, the manager had trouble finding our papers, talked to staff rudely, and confronted us with a lie stating she had already filed them. She further persisted that we pay an upfront charge even though no real filing was done and continued to hold my tax info! She had no ssn number on me yet, and I therefore concluded that she indeed was lying to me about supposedly filing my tax claim! Their office missed necessary information to file my papers and given the time we were gone before returning ( less than 30mins), I reasoned the filing was not so. Very unprofessional and No I would definitely tell people to stay away from this tax place! Their is too many other places you can go to file your taxes! Stay away if you want your taxes filed the right way!
