A one star is generous. Extremely high HOA fee , nearing 200 dollars and they don't do any of the up keep as promised. The property has really gone down and the landscaping looks like garbage.

The sprinklers are almost all broken and after dozens of calls and work orders, still no repairs after raising price from $155 a month to $285 a month. Water waste could be reduced a lot with repairs. Even calls from our realtor went unreturned. Grass is dead in spots and water sprays from broken head to our ring doorbell, which we had to replace and it has rusted door. No communication or follow through.

This ripoff scam of a business! Poor property management and increased fees with nothing to show for it. I can’t wait to move . Additional fees do not reflect the payment. BBB HERE I COME.
