I filed my 2018 taxes with this company and they were filed wrong. I had to pay another company to fix there mistakes. My husband is self employed and there were expenses that were not included becouse Carmen the main preparer seed that we could not include them. My state taxes that came out of my check weren't added so we ended up paying a lot to the state. My sister in-low is the one that recommended them to me come to fined other that her taxes that she owed for the 2017 were not being paid. The company was supost to take the monthly payments from her bank account and send it to yhe IRS for her. The IRS sent her a letter saying she was in colectons for nonpayment. They only sent 4 payments in the hole year of 2018.

Esta es una compnia mayor mente para personad que hablan español. No recomiendo esta compañía por su falta de atención a su trabajo y falta de comunicasion así el cliente y por que en realidad no saben a ser su trabajo. Ya que mis impuestos fueron tramitados mal y con falta de información. Tube que pagar le a otra compañía para qie me lo arreglarán.

Recomiendo el profesionalismo de estos Preparadores de Impuestos si no quieren problemas ni auditorias con el IRS. Nos explicaron muy bien las consecuencias de hacer las cosas chuecas solo para recibir más reembolsos. Recibimos todo bien y cada vez que llamamos todo el personal siempre muy dispuestos a ayudar..
