I recommend Theradynamics on w.231 street. to anyone that has a condition with the back. I myself have disc herniation along with sciatica. The sessions are 3,5,minutes timed but, overall you feel the intensity of the machines..exercises, and the motivation...with the music that is played.The works are well experienced in assisting with their session.

From the beginning I was just amazed how quickly I was able to get the right kind of information from the receptionist at the front desk who assisted me with the paperwork and scheduling appointments.
I was told to go up to the therapist and I was welcomed by a team of therapy staff who would be working with me on my physical therapy sessions.
Everyone in the team has a great way to make sure that you are doing everything right and that you have everything you need to make sure you get the correct balance of your work out for your physical therapy.
I am thankful for all the support and encouragement I get from the team at Thermodynamics physical and occupational therapy.

I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this place.

First front desk staff was extremely unwelcoming twice that i went - It felt more like a regular gym than a proper physical therapy center.

During my last visit on a Saturday, the staff was rude from the start, the therapist telling me to come earlier next time even though they scheduled my appointment at that time.
He wanted me to go back and come next time

After 25 minutes, my session was rushed and impersonal—just some electrodes and 10 minutes on a bike. The therapist didn’t even review my prescription or seem to know why I was there.

I’m not going back.

I have been coming to physical since May 2024. The staff are very attentive with their care. Priyanka is an amazing therapist. She makes sure I am progressing in my rehab of my knee. She makes sure I have the appropriate exercises for home and in the office. Definitely recommend.

The staff is so professional, informative. They care about your well being. The assistants on the floor who help you are terrific. It’s a clean environment, all machines are constantly sanitized after each use. Receptionist is so welcoming when you arrive. Always has a smile and greets you by your name when you arrive. All the therapists are so supportive of your individual needs when you are in the room with them. They have helped me tremendously after my knee replacement. Couldn’t ask for a better team.

Well-equipped and awesome clinic for physical therapy. My teen-age daughter had about four months of therapy for back pain from May to August of 2022. There was a clear and evident improvement of the back pain… the ache improved significantly. Today the back pain is gone.
They have excellent therapists that guide and help you all the way. They show you how to navigate the equipment and also how to perform the exercises. They also give you some exercises to do at home.
They have a lot of clients. You have to schedule your appointments on time though. They are also open on Saturdays.
