Everyone at BNC is professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Whether they are onsite or not, they are always able to fix our issues. Being a small company, they were able to offer IT solutions for us at an affordable cost without spending extra money that wasn't necessary. I recommend BNC for all of your IT needs.

We’ve worked with BNC since 2009 and recommend them highly. Our service representative, Brett Mair has not only helped us with IT issues but has consistently made sure that our systems are protected and that we have reliable access to our information. In addition, he has been instrumental in providing guidance for computer equipment and accessories to make onsite and offsite access available and has been successful in negotiating with third party providers. With their response time and knowledge, we consider them a member of our team.

Buyer Beware. This out of state company has high turnover in Dallas and low level support at best. Very difficult to work with and not responsive. Kevin France is unprofessional. Ray Champagne left a 5 star review below and he's an employee of the company. Go figure.
