This location needs help. Poor customer service. Had to come back multiple times. They to charge me for a covered maintenance part for samsung product. Couldn't find my service ticket from Verizon 2 times until I showed them the service ticket email.
The presence of the store is horrible. You should occasionally sweep. Wipe down the counter area, oh and probably not reak of drugs. It's a place of business not a pot shop. Maybe this place would be good if it recognized itself and took pride to call itself a business.

Go to a different location. If you want to know details keep reading. 11-year-old son has an Xbox series S that would randomly shut off. As an electrician I thought maybe it's overheating and protecting itself. I told him to put a desk fan blowing on it. This seemed to work. I thought well if the fan is broken it might be cheap enough to fix. I took it to this location. They said they couldn't get it to pull up on screen and needed an HDMI port. I approved $150 repair. It took weeks for the solder technician to come in and do the work to find out it was something else. Some kind of chip. Took weeks for that to come in, and then took weeks for it to be worked on. To find out it's unreparable. I initially dropped it off August 27th. The only time I ever received updates was me calling and checking the status. Out of all of this the only thing that upset me was the status was the next day or the next week every time I checked instead of realistic timeline. I don't know their workload so I have no idea how backed up things like that can get. I went in today October 17th after calling another location and finding out they had already decided on October 14th it was unreparable. Still never have I ever received contact from a representative at the location stating anything only by my inquiry was I notified. I get home and plug in the Xbox and it's working the same as it was when I took it there. It's on and running with no fan we'll see if it stays on. I'm not sure what that says for their capabilities. I didn't pay anything as I shouldn't except for 50 days without an Xbox. Big deal. It's upsetting more so with the service and communication received.

Was quoted 200 for a ps5 repair. Asked about price matching and was told they don't do it. The website lies.

Edit: I added a picture from their website to show there was no confusion on my part. The company simply lied. I called the number listed. The guy couldn't answer any of my questions and couldn't connect me with anyone who could. I'm supose to get a call back from "someone soon." Who or when he couldn't answer.

This Aurora facility is full of techy people, especially Jacob who is very knowledgeable and kind to help me in fixing my iphone 14 pro max and guiding very right steps. They quickly acted on my request to fix my only phone when the display stopped working understanding that I do not have backup phone and able to do great job in less than an hour. They are certified by apple store for any repairs if people do not have apple warranty. This will be one of my trusted a place to fix any of my tech devices in fututer after my interaction and experience. Thank you Jacob and uBreakIFix.
