I had a bit of an emergency when a foster dog chewed up and destroyed my only pair of glasses. After going to a few other stores, Eyeglass World was recommended for potentially quick turnaround on a new pair. I walked in around 2pm on a Saturday, and by 5pm I picked up two new, perfect pairs of glasses! All of the staff were super helpful and they were spot on with their time estimate for pickup. I am so grateful to the staff for helping me get new glasses on such an expedited timeline!!

This is a COMPLETELY different eyeglass buying experience for me! Everyone on their team was kind, friendly and professional. Some of us have some apprehension when we go for an eye exam, but Jordan, and Dr. Shimonova both have such a calming and pleasant personality that I immediately felt at ease. And when I brought my frame choices to Jay, we ended up having such a delightful conversation that I am reassured that there really IS "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" still to be had in the goods and services industry! I then went across the parking lot, had lunch and returned to pick up two new pairs of stylish glasses! 🤓😎 I'm happy to recommend this store!

Avoid! I am trying to order contacts from my trail pair and after calling multiple time only up be placed on eternal hold, I visited the store. Apparently the doctor quit. They can now ONLY finalize prescription by making another appointment with a virtual doctor, meaning I need to come back and meet with someone online. The poor staff has clearly never been trained and are attempting to run a vision center without a doctor. The customer service number for Glasses World corporate is also disconnected. This place must be going out of business.

I'm not a regular customer there, but I will be now! I needed new lenses for my glasses & was hoping to get them within a day at their in store lab. Ryan and Dan (lab manager) totally hooked me up! I got better lenses, in shorter time, paying much less than I had expected! I'm all about great customer service and these guys have it! I'm appreciative to their help, kindness and patience. My daughters even got some fun swag! I would recommend this location to anyone! #daymade Thank you!

Getting glasses can be nerve racking pricey and even for some people feel like a kick in the face in the self-esteem department. However Ryan made our experience quite the opposite. By not only getting us the best price I've ever heard of for glasses with designer frames he made us feel great about the situation as well leaving feeling happy confident and didn't have me feeling obligated to live on ramen noodles for the next 2 weeks LOL I'm definitely recommending eyeglass world on South Parker to all of my friends and you should do the same ask for Ryan and tell him Amanda and Carrie sent you I promise you'll want to come back every time you need something for your eyes. Not to mention the crazy huge selection of different kinds of frames from almost any brand you can think of unfortunately Google only lets you give 5 stars if I could I definitely give them more thanks again Ryan

I want to give a big shout-out to Daniel, the eye glass technician and the woman receptionist (sorry, I didn't get your name). I broke my glasses and was flying out of the country the next day and was desperate to buy some new glasses that would be made the same day. Daniel came out and said he could repair my glasses. I thought they were too far gone. I decided not to buy new glasses because they were fixing mine and I was in a rush. I have never been a customer there as I live quite a distance away but they were so helpful and they far exceeded my expectations. They didn't have to offer to fix my glasses as I was prepared to buy new ones. This speaks to their character and honesty and I highly recommend you go here if you want great customer service!

Excellent customer service. They helped me find the glasses and combination of items to give me the best pair at a price I could afford. Glasses were ready the same day and I can see clearly again. Very helpful in making sure I could see according to prescription.

Another pair of crazy cute glasses from Ryan our new stylest life coach optitian and I like to think of him as our new friend always happy to go see him when we need a new exam or just a fresh look.
