I had such a great experience with J & B! I brought in my boots because one of the heels broke and Jim was able to fix it in just ONE day! They look amazing and I am so happy to have my favorite pair of boots back! Not only were they extremely fast, but they also are very reasonably priced! I felt like I was getting a steal! Lastly, Jim is just an extremely kind person and fun to talk to. He let me leave with my shoes without paying (he only accepts cash/check), trusting that I would repay him the "next time I'm near the shop". Jim truly goes above and beyond for his customers! I will absolutely be using him again for my next shoe repair and can't wait to tell others about this place!

Although I did not have work done here the owner/gentleman working was able to offer me a great solution for my boots. I will be bringing all my boots here for repair. Great prices and a great service for the community! If wanting to keep your favorite boots alive and well; they need to come here.

I bought these expensive Frye boots but they were just too tight and then I also put a soap on them that really dulled the finish. J & B stretched them for me and gave them a lovely shine. I can actually wear them now without being in pain! They’re perfect, Super fast service and totally affordable, I’ll definitely be bringing my other boots here and I highly recommend. Thanks guys!!

Absolutely love coming to J&B Shoe repair! He has great repair skills. He has worked on a lot mine and my family’s work for the last 10 years. Does anything from purse repair, sizing shoes, zipper fix, and anything that I need for my boots and high heels. Also he almost charges nothing for all these repairs!
High recommended for your shoe repairing 🙂
