I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile after 20 yrs of being with them. My reason for leaving them is my phone bill started at 178.00 and kept going up
To 206.00. I never ever added on to my I phone. Verizon knew that I had never added anything. My phone bill kept going up. I just did not understand why it kept going up ? No one from Verizon could tell me why ? So it was the final straw that broke the camels back. After switching to T-Mobile from Verizon my phone bill was $ 122.00. Wow ! That was the quickest drop in my bill. Another email mention $ 500.00. Wow ! They are jumping through hoops to get me back as a customer. Fat chance on that. I had a lot of help from Jesus & Daniel.

Jessica is horrible, she has the absolute worst attitude, i came in for a screen protector and not to listen to her dump her cheap promotions on me, when i told her i wasn’t interested she proceeded to give MORE attitude. Seriously though find corporate stores, not the authorized retailers, they just want to scam you, she needs to focus on that lip filler that was applied all wrong and do better at her job.

Do not visit this store! They would not exchange my phone despite my warranty being approved and me having the warranty people on the phone!! This is the worst service I have experienced in my whole 7 years with T-Mobile!!! I will be filing a formal complaint as well!!! The manger was awful! Please take your business else where! Especially if you have an exchange. According to previous reviews this happens often here!

I am having the toughest time getting my replacement phone. The location is not the issue. Assurant Is the worst and tmobile has very poor accountability.

Arrived at the store and waited about 15 minutes before any of the 5 representatives asked if I needed any help, I will continue to contact online customer service for all orders and new lines, much better customer service.
