Stephen Kuzman is an excellent attorney and his team is wonderful. Stephen is kind, understanding and easy to communicate with. I closed on my new home this year and Stephen made somewhat of a stressful process go so smoothly and I am really thankful. Kelly, the paralegal, was amazing!!! He gave me straightforward information about a touchy incident so I appreciate his candor. He was my attorney at one time, but things didn't work out as planned. Not sure if I should attribute that to him.

That said, I would have liked/expected a bit more effort to communicate with me on such an important and potentially valuable case. Make of that what you may I'm just relating my experience with attorney Kuzma. I believe he has compassion over the loss I suffered so there's that. Hopefully you get what you expect. I simply didn't.

When I was selling my house I used Steven Kuzma as my real estate lawyer, what a thief! His fee was $1000 which was fine at first. After our first contract fell through he wanted to charge us $1000 a second time and after that deal fell through a third. Long story short, we got a different lawyer that would charge us one time and not for every little thing. Once the paper work is drafted it isn't worth $1000 to have a buyers name and addressed changed if the first deal doesn't go through. Never again!

I have no trouble getting questions answered right away. Steve’s office is always on top of every detail. A very realtor and client friendly office. Paralegals are the best!
