UPDATE: I left this review then this company came back with bunch of hostile reviews to our company website within 12 hours. I really feel pity about them leading business practice in this direction. This company suddenly forgot they were a service provider and we were paying for it. I just hope that future customers of this company BEAWARE.

worst experience ever using 3PL warehousing service. QoS goes from up to bottom with changing point of contact every month. For some reasons their employees are keep leaving companies and we always had to deal with the mess coming from it. At the final stage, they were even shouting at us. what a great customer service. Avoid this company at all cost.

UTTERLY unprofessional. Even for small, but necessary requests, mistakes come out of them all the time. Although I was the one who is able to use their service, I was the only one who tried to communicate with them, and I ended up managing their INTERNAL misunderstanding, because they couldn't even control their Internal issues on their own. To summarize, if you expect them as a freight forwarding company to do what you want properly, in a timely manner, it would be the worst decision you have ever made,
