What a shameful behaviors from staff to customers.Its likely they gonna fight sounds like angry bird and they are looks like a big boss they are walk around even they not ask for any help .I’am waiting for half and hour nobody came to ask me for help.After that I ask to security regarding customer service he is also like a weird attitude…please We are the customer so need to learn how to treat and behave to customers not everyone has a similar attitude and problems….Respect them so they gonna respect you back as simple ….

Mr Robert Ho was beyond courteous and accommodating when my wife and i came into BofA to open an account. He was very well informed about the products and services offered by BofA. Unfortunately because of our time constraints we just opened up a basic checking account but we will definitely be back to explore our banking and investment options with Mr Ho!! Top Notch!!

I had a bad experience and tried to go into this local branch 4526 Greenpoint Ave, Queens, NY 11104 and spoke with bank manager Matthew about the matter and I don't know if it was a racial thing because he spoke to the customer ahead of me with nothing less than kindness but as soon as I approached the counter, he had a disgusting dismissive attitude towards me. I kindly explained to him the situation and try to see how to resolve the issue but he looked at me with a blank stare like he didn't want to deal with it or he didn't have a solution to this matter for me. I never met the guy and he made an already bad experience a much horrible one. This bank has huge lines always and never enough associates to deal with the inflow of customer. awful branch, and even a more awful bank manager in Matthews.

Despite the complexity of the situation, which involved automatic payments being drawn from a different bank account, Mr. Hu not only took the time to thoroughly investigate the matter but also successfully identified the source of those payments—something that no one else had been able to do before.
