My family submitted an application for an apartment, which was accepted and we received the lease. We had some questions on the language in the lease as it was incorrect or false based on what we had been told, and for three days after receiving it sent emails and spoke on the phone to individuals who refused to respond or answer our questions. They then rented the apartment to someone else and gave us the rationale that “we asked too many questions.”

This is an incredibly unprofessional company, with zero interest in doing above the bare minimum when working with people.
