Leading Factor is simply the best back office support you could get. As Contractors, our back office often gets neglected.
But Leading Factor came in, did an assessment, came up with a game plan and then implemented all of the steps on time and on budget. I can easily say we have saved more in labor hours in one year than what we paid. Jackie and her team were open, honest and definitely knew their stuff.
