Current tenant right now and I am currently struggling to keep a humane living space for me and my children. I have Mold that has been painted over while other mold areas have been ignored. I was told that they can not call it mold but will not look further into it. I have a 20 year old air conditioner that they refuse to replace rather they wipe it off and tell me 80 degrees is normal. I am currently waiting right as I write this review for my air conditioner to get patched up for the 100th time yet no one has showed up and probably will not show. Do not move here unless you just looking for a place to lay your head and nothing else. However If u looking for a home don’t come here.

I live Charles landing south in indain head MD management and maintenance needs to be fired. I got a heat problem and nothing is happening they come in an turn the heat up an leave. We need new management and maintenance man. he hides we got two empty here nothing been cleaned. This a bad company to be renting from. They don't care about the residents it's all about the money

The staff at this company are extremely unprofessional, which is unacceptable for a resident like myself who pays rent on time every month. Shelanda does not respond to emails or return phone calls since getting a promotion with the company. My A/C continues to not work in my unit, and no one in the office can tell me why. They treat people like they're beneath them, which is not okay. Ever since this management company took over the building has gone down. My advice is to keep looking these people are slum lords.

The maintenance man of the Oxford pa location is a weird stalker. He had a car I borrowed towed from the property because he is jealous of who the car belongs to. I pulled in at 5:45pm on a Monday evening, while he was standing on his porch watching me, and at 6:30am he told the property manager that the car had been sitting in the same spot for 3 days and he had no idea who it belonged to. He told her he had told the property owner, John, and was told to have it towed. After explaining to Dina and John that he lied, John the owner said there was nothing they could do about it.

Unfortunately, they never answer my phone calls and never return them. I leave a detailed message and my phone number, but they have never responded. Time for a new management company.

Lived in the Evergreens Complex in Maybrook NY which is owned by MultiFamily Mgt/Arco.

This complex is old and run down. The property managers state they don’t have the funds for repairs. The town had to shut down apartments as condemned and residents had to be put in local motels.

They blame old outdated apartment issues in the super who pays for supplies out of his own pocket. The super took the company to small claims court for reimbursement on the 3 thousand dollars spent over 3 years in supplies. He has a good heart and felt sorry for the residents.

Just don’t bother with this company. They make life a living hell and you can find a much better maintained place to live.

A nightmare !!! Stay away from these ppl ! Please don’t do this to your children and yourself. This a ghost company , they don’t answer emails, voicemails or no request .
