As soon as COVID-19 was getting serious, ConsultAdd Inc. was one of the first companies to implement a mandatory work-from-home policy. Our healthy and safety came first, and I felt so lucky that our company decided to make our ongoing project to remote-work and and provided the opportunity to continue our work from home.

I feel valued, heard, and my work means something when I am at ConsultAdd Inc.

I tried booking for appointments two times using their calendly link and nobody showed up. Then one of their technical recruiters reached out to set up a call and proceeded to postpone it twice and then ghosted altogether. Pretty obvious its not a well run company, and i doubt they handle cases professionally or with dignity for that matter.

My experience with ConsultAdd have been really great so far. I underwent a 5 week Java Spring training with ConsultAdd and I would like to emphasize that the training was very professional and it provided me an inspiring learning experience. A special thanks to my trainer Aditya for his expertise in the technology and helping me in completing the training session successfully. To say, the training has given me the complete confidence to take up the project onsite without any hesitation. I would take this opportunity to say few words of appreciation for ConsultAdd Staffing through my personal experience. I came in contact with ConsultAdd through a friend of mine who worked with them over 1 year. I was little skeptical at beginning but as soon as spoke with Sakshi Purohit from ConsultAdd’s recruiting staff all my skepticism fed away. Sakshi guided me through all the details during initial phone conversation and politely asked me to review for any further question. She came through for all my follow up questions and were able to answer them to my satisfaction. She eventually set my interview with Bharat Bhate, CEO ConsultAdd, Inc. to assure me all the facts she stated were indeed how they practice across the board.
After speaking with Bharat, I was sure that ConsultAdd definitely has great plans through year 2020 (midst of amid pandemic!) and for future. Marketing team of ConsultAdd is good. They work always more than I expect. I landed my contract with one of their aspiring clients and it was truly amazing position complementing my skills and my caliber. I would also like to point out that ConsultAdd go even further by supporting their contractors through their tenure. They set me up with Niti Bhate, one of their support staff personal to answer any support questions I had. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I would summarize by saying I had amazing contracting experience with ConsultAdd. I am truly amazed by culture, transparency, and their go getter attitude. I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are open for contracting opportunities!!

They SCAM you . The say training is for a week and then pull it for 2-3 months. I doubt if they have positions that are legit. They make you do 100+ coding questions and do not give you job offer. There is only one person who is based out of india who conducts interviews! Trainers are good but all recruiters are based out of india and use masking such that you don't understand that they are from india.Mind it i had to go through this inspite of having 6 years of experience in that field! I wasted two months and finally we were back at square 1. Majority of the reviews here have to be fake and they are liars. Think twice before going into business with them

I have been with Consultadd for almost 3 and half years and it has always been a great experience with them. Sakshi is my recruiter and she is always there to answer my questions and clarify my doubts regarding any process be it immigration, financial etc . I am glad that i chose them for my first employment in the US. A Positive experience overall.
