Just stopped by this location on a whim today to look at rings for my husband and I for our 10 year anniversary. We were helped by Jess and she was delightful! Not only did she really take the time to understand what I wanted, she came up with more creative ideas based on the selection I favored! She also didn't make us feel bad about a lower budget. It was really meaningful for my husband and I to be taken care of so wonderfully. Being able to build a custom ring was so fun! I felt like I was able to combine all my favorite elements from the display pieces and come up with something unique to my personality.

We’ve been going to Shane Co since our engagement in 1999. I always appreciate the customer service, care and attention to detail when visiting. This visit we were shopping for a 25th wedding anniversary ring. Green is my favorite color, we were married in the month of May, my birthday is in May and obviously Mother’s Day. So I knew the stone was going to be green. I didn’t love any of the emeralds but the green sapphire was perfect! The final product is incredible. I’m extremely happy with it.

Going through the process of upgrading my wife’s wedding ring for our 15 year anniversary we ended up at Shane Co after a horrible experience with another jeweler. We worked with Mark with the mustache and it was the best experience. Mark was patient and knowledgeable, he gave us details about the different diamonds and helped us create the exact ring we had been looking for. The process was smooth and my wife is excited to pick up her new ring. 10/10 would buy again.

I am absolutely devastated by my experience with Shane Co. I purchased a new Shane Co classic diamond and a new wedding band here last month and trusted them to fuse my wedding band and engagement ring together, but they completely butchered it. The wedding band was horribly off-center, the edges and diamonds didn’t match up, you could see between the bands because there was a gap, and they ignored my request for claw prongs, putting bulky tabs instead.

I drove three hours to the Kansas City store, hoping they could fix the disaster caused by this St. Louis location, but the ring was completely unsalvageable. They told me the bands had been over-cut and would never line up properly again. Because of your mistake, I had to order an entirely new engagement ring and wedding band, something that should have NEVER been necessary. To make matters worse, I had to sell my original engagement ring back to Shane Co in order to get my replacement…but on my way home, I was so heartbroken and I cried so much as this is a very sentimental piece so I ended up reaching back out and re-purchasing my engagement ring and I had to cough up over $1,100 out of pocket just to get my original engagement ring back, even though YOU were the ones who destroyed it.

As much as I love the quality of Shane Co’s diamonds, my family and I will NEVER purchase another piece of jewelry from Shane Co. again, unless they make this right. I’m so devastated over this entire situation. A wedding ring is supposed to last a lifetime, and Shane Co. completely failed me.

Shane Co will always take care of your jewelry needs. The staff is always so nice and helps you find what you are looking for. The jewelery is beautiful, and I have used their lifetime warranty to fix my necklace a couple of times. They will even send it to you all beautifully wrapped so you don't have to pick it up. Shane Co is the only place I shop at now for jewelry. They really are your friend is the jewelery business.
