I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for Ms. Sushma Jha (Air India). I arrived at JFK (T4) on Air India Flight 119 from Mumbai, traveling alone with my baby and several bags. Due to a delay, we missed our JetBlue connection at T5, but Ms. Sushma handled everything with remarkable care and efficiency.

She went above and beyond by managing baggage, customs, rebooking, and TSA without hesitation. Her dedication and selflessness, even declining a tip, truly stood out. Ms. Sushma is an incredible asset to your team, and we will gladly continue flying with Air India because of employees like her.

Jetway company cheated me. They said they would give me a job. After completing everything, when they gave me the work schedule, they said my English is not that good so they can't give me a job. They took me to my Beije. Why did they treat me like that? I don't know. If my English was not that good, they could have told me first. I wouldn't have wasted so much time.😪😪😪

Worse security company to work for. Don't even waste your time

They work people for TWO HOURS & send them home. I get it’s a part time job however, I never experienced a draining, inconsiderate, toxic company like this before (Dispatch to be exact). Who works people for two hours? This is my first experience with that. Anyway when I first started they had me working in the afternoon for about 4-5 weeks. Something happened where dispatch switched my airline. Ok cool, NOW they switched my schedule to early in the morning. I live 1 hour & 15 mins away so it was frustrating adjusting like that because I got use to the afternoon bus schedule. HOWEVER I still complied & did my best to show up. Did they apologize for switching my schedule up like that? NO. Were they considerate? NO. They just want you to fall in line & accept whatever they do. I stayed because I was just grateful I had work to go to, even though they were feeding me CRUMBS! *figure of speech*

I did not know the buses ran every 15-20 minutes in the morning so I showed late once. The last time trying to go to work, I informed dispatch I missed the bus that I needed to catch I’ll be a few minutes late, I don’t control the bus schedule so the transit app told me it was going to come at a certain time, it NEVER did. I was at the bus waiting for 30 minutes! Now I’m back informing dispatch that I might not make the flight to do Access Control because of transit. She told me to stay home & I’ll be written up because of what I could not control. Also because she had work to do, I have work to do as well Ms! Bills to pay! However this job is some peoples life! So I get it 😆 it’s not mine though 💅🏽 Yes I missed the bus I needed to get on that was my fault I can take accountability, HOWEVER I’m human & things happen! & I can’t control the bus!

After that conversation I got an update on the scheduling app (Track Tik), dispatch removed me from the airline altogether! (Showing pictures to prove) Enough is enough. I don’t normally do this, I don’t like to do this unless it’s necessary. And like I said worse company to work for they do not care about you or YOUR TIME! Very petty, very arrogant & entitled. I will be treated fairly or remove myself. I’m just not scared to speak up about how I’m treated. Even the supervisor at Saudia Airlines said report Jet Way to Department of Labor! I could do better & so I will ✌🏽 dropping my badge off & going where my hard work & dedication is valued!

Ms. Sushma jha ( Air India/ jetway ) aviation service helped me alot in rebooking the ticket again so that I got my ticket again with other time. Ms. Sushma jha mam helped me till the end asking for airline to get my flight ticket again. Her attitude towards the passenger is very polite and very care finding. Service to the fellow passengers should be like her so that every person can be happy traveling with the airline. A big Thanks to Sushma mam.

I want to share my great experience about one of your superb staff Ms. Sushma Jha ( Air India / Jetway ) Aviation Service .
My mother had to depart from Air India ( Delhi ) & we reached late airport .
I was looking for help then someone sent me one AI representative was helping passengers on lobby ( Ms. Sushma Jha ) . Her shift was going to over . Still she helped my mom from lobby to TSA till gate . Even she was there till my entered inside the gate . She tried her best to find walking cane too.
Also my mom explained me how Ms Jha did hard work to get her flight even out of her job time.
We will always grateful to her .

Worst Job place environment I have ever faced with! The management is so poor and bossy. They don’t care about anyone but themselves. On top of that the dispatch lady there will lie to your face if it helps to prove her point. Totally Disrespectful and disgusting. Never going back there.
