Read some of the responses by “the owner” what business “owner” is ever hand-on replying to comments rather than trying to rectify complaints. In addition to that, some responses from “the owner” is a clear violation of privacy. “The owner” actually starts explaining what’s is happening with the account of the person complaining right in the open forum. These guys are clowns and a major amateurs at best. Unfortunately, I’m sure people find themselves scammed by these greedy trashy trolls.

I don't know how this company got a hold of my contacts, but they sent out this text to a few people in my phone. My pastor even got the text. I was genuinely confused at first. Call the company and this man was trying to explain what FBI like technology they use to get these numbers. So now I have to call AT&T. The people they text are numbers I don't interact with daily. They just text random people. This is so scary that they can do this because at the end of the day I still don't have the money.

Haven't actually talked to a person yet, I get as far as leave your name and number and they'll call back. I received a call saying I was to be served some paperwork at my home I had to sign on March 8th between 3-5pm. Well nobody eve came to my residence and I have camera footage to prove it. And they make the threats they will deliver said paperwork to my place of employment. Is that a scare tactic Pretty sure I don't owe anything to anyone since my bankruptcy was just issued. I feel like it's a scam as well. We will see

They are very unprofessional and will probably go out of business soon. It takes positive people to gain positive reactions when it comes to getting someone to make a payment from a hardship situation. They need to rethink their scare tactics, and come from a better angle.

0 Stars honestly. Customer service went completely south after asking for an email of what was being discussed with me. I was told I received numerous emails and their system showed I supposedly opened them. I stated I would look into it to research this claim and immediately Andrew Smith becomes absolutely rude! His tone was not professional and was defensive saying "This is a stall tactic, so we are going to go ahead and move forward with the process that was requested". He repeated the stall tactic statement and proceeded to hang up. Bullying at its finest! Never said what the process was that was requested or anything. Just vague and of course I would be suspicious.
All I did was request to see what was being claimed and to look over it. Never heard of this company before or did any business with them so why would I not be given the opportunity to look closely at what is being discussed.

Please be careful when dealing with them and record your calls. I know they’ll likely reply by saying I’m lying but I have nothing to gain from that. The person I spoke with going by the name Katelyn was pretending to be with the state during our initial contact and completely denied doing this when I asked her about it later. I directly asked her if she was with a debt collector and said no, that she was with the state and was working to come to an agreement with me before they submitted a judgement against me and charges regarding the debt. I’ve filed a complaint with the attorney general’s office and FTC.
