I highly recommend Zambito Realtors!! In June 2024, less than a month after my mom passed away, I received notice that my lease would not be renewed. I scrambled to get a mortgage pre-approval and requested a showing on Zillow. Courtney was the agent who arrived to show the property. She was professional but down to earth. I got an immediate calming vibe and knew she would help! She understood that my time to move was very quickly approaching. She showed me over 20 homes and placed multiple offers. Lisa Cicciaerelli was recommended by a friend. This girl is on point. I had a house that was part of an estate to sell that wasn't in the best of condition. Lisa gave me some staging advice. She did her research and it listed for more than I could imagine. She was right on top of things if I had any questions. She had that house listed and sold in record time.
