I recommend bringing your business somewhere else, other than to this place.
The office people are very unpleasant. They have anger issues and short attention span, especially in the morning after a long weekend or when being asked for any discounts for their service fees.
They feel like their business is successful enough to let them be above the law, discriminate you at will and deny their services for you as a customer.
Also, they will not tell you that they don't have their own drilling equipment, but they will charge you a middleman fee on top of both the drilling subcontractor who "works for them" and their own fees.
I think this is dishonest, and their positive reviews are fakes.

I'm surprised that we're the first review posted here, but glad for the opportunity. Having endured a nightmare of a basement water-infiltration problem at our house for over two years, and having spent a lot of money on major attempts to fix it (two major local contractors) without any success, we turned to Glynn Engineering, who had been recommended to us earlier. They are geology engineers, and their first line of serious inquiry dealt with the possibility of an artesian well buried below the house. Subsequent investigation revealed a 112-foot well bored straight down through limestone, and "sealed off" with an overturned plastic bucket! Long story a bit longer, they, with the assistance of Nature's Way Inc, environmental contractors, de-commissioned the well, filling it to the top with concrete and finally ending our two-year battle. I can't say enough about the individual attention paid by them, especially Ed Glover, Senior Geologist (and heavy lifter!) and Dale Gramza of Nature's Way.
