It was an absolute pleasure working with Angele. Before I met her, my son and I had a very difficult time finding him his first place. In this crazy housing market if you don’t act fast you are left out in the cold. I met Angele on a Friday after work and by Sunday my son had his first apartment.. She was so efficient and put us both at ease. I told her exactly what we were looking for, our budget and concerns and she was spot on! She didn’t try to show us places we couldn’t afford or that he wouldn’t be able to be approved for. She’s Aces!!!! The only negative was that I only dealt with her for a few days! A broker like Angele is rare! 😊

I ran to leave this review because of how incomparable my experience was with Angele. Her timely response to my initial inquiry for a rental on the company’s website was the first sign that I would be represented by a stellar agent. Angele not only located the most perfect apartment for me, but also she conducted a walkthrough, submitted my application, and got me approved in under a week. She fielded all my questions with so much patience and kept my nervousness under wraps by maintaining communication with me daily throughout the entire application process.

Overall, my experience would not have been seamless and positive had it not been for Angele’s knowledge and expertise. I am thoroughly impressed by her exemplary level of professional and hope that I will be able to continue business with her when the time comes to purchase my first home. I can’t thank Corcoran Baer & McIntosh enough for helping me move into my first apartment. It was challenging looking for an apartment that fit within my budget and pet friendly. After several failed months of looking, I decided to get assistance. The broker I was working with, Angele Melendez, was extremely helpful. I never had a more terrific experience than the one she gave. The process started out with her asking me about myself and my preferences. Once she established what I was looking for in an apartment and community, she would send me different listings all throughout the day. She was very persistent and optimistic that she would find an apartment that hit all my check marks. After about 2-4 weeks of working with her, an ideal apartment was found. I’ll probably cherish the moment for a long time on how Angele messaged me saying “Cas, you’re going to love this!! I think I found your dream apartment”. It was refreshing to see someone get excited about the possibility of me finding an ideal place. I saw the apartment the same day and fell in love with it. The application process was quick and simple and any questions I had were immediately answered. I’d recommend going through a broker if you’re having trouble finding a place like I was.
