I hired PMI Properties as my property management firm about 2 1/2 years ago and am very thrilled with this decision. My only regret is that I didn’t do so earlier in my journey as a property owner. It’s such a relief to have them leading the way, while freeing me up for other pursuits.

Andres has gone above and beyond for myself and my family! He is professional, kind, caring and has a way of explaining things where you feel comfortable! I’ve had many property managers in the past and Andres Rabinovich from PMI Properties was the best. His bookkeeping, his knowledge and advice are far superior. He will keep you updated on all aspects of your property and guide you through finding tenants and upgrading your property, if need be. Should you want to sell he will walk you through that process as well. I couldn’t recommend him more.
