I work as a Behavior Analyst for VBS. The operations side is run smoothly, and the clinical side is creative and practical. The owners are great to work for, and I feel supported in every way. Rate of pay is slightly low compared to competitors, but ease of working with the owners makes it worthwhile.

GOOD- was able to connect directly with the owner of the company which is a plus.
BAD- services were difficult to establish, reliability was terrible, communication even worse, than when Covid hit, zero communications zero text, zero email, ZERO effort from them to connect with us. NO asking how our son was doing, no programs, no zoom, TOTAL ZERO
