This is a scam. Payment amout to HOA keeps going up but no new amenities in the community. I know inflation is up but since I moved to my new house 9 years ago the HOA fee is up 150%+ and like I said nothing new but the community is growing. About 150 thousand dollars to maintain a pool that is used about 4 months a year is crazy. I dont know what this people manage but is not good management.

Slow to return phone call or answer email, deflects blame when they overwater a tree and it falls and knocks down your wall. But will fine you asap for the wall being damaged and not restored. Also shocked HOA are not required to provide free online access to documents

They've lost 2 of my payments within 6 months. They were rude on the phone. They refused to let me speak to Trisha. I had to call another CADDEN in Tucson to have them correct their mistake. Lord knows what they done to my checks. I think they may have pocket the checks. Make sure you get receipts and save them!

Never answer calls. Never respond to emails. Feels like we are a huge pain for them. Zero help with issues. Hardly even try to take care of the community areas. Community events are becoming paid events. Just absolutely trash...

Truly awful. Does not respond to any HOA related concerns, always providing weak excuses to dismiss issues when raised. Quickly become combative and rude if you dare to disagree and press them. They are VERY happy to take your payment, though. Nice business model I guess.
