We bought our first house with Jeff a few years ago and he was absolutely incredible. When it was time for us to sell our house, there was no doubt in our minds that we wanted to work with Jeff. Jeff is absolutely wonderful to work with. He really care about his clients. Jeff was extremely helpful, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us. Jeff was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us our very first home that fit right in our price range! I was new to the home buying process. Let’s be honest, I didn’t know much! Jeff was the Realtor that I never knew I needed. He is so incredibly knowledgeable about everything related to buying a home. He broke everything down for me and really made sure that I understood terms synonymous with home buying that I never knew anything about before. He grew to not only know what I was looking for in a home, but he also grew to know me as a person. I was so overwhelmed with the home buying process, and I always felt comfortable to reach out to Jeff and ask questions and he always, always eased my fears. Jeff was always there for me from the first time that I looked at a home, right down to the purchase of my first home! To say, I love Jeff is an understatement! I could reach out to him at anytime and he would ease my concerns and sheer moments of absolute panic! Jeff wants you to understand the home buying process, he cares that you feel comfortable with the inner workings of home buying. I don’t believe any other Realtor would have been as kind to me, would have understood me when I said, “I am freaking out,” but Jeff! I am sincere in saying that I could not have made it through this process without him! I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone! Definitely couldn’t have purchased my first home without him! Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and made the home buying process fun. As a first time home buyer I could not have hoped for a better experience. Jeff provided valuable information about the various neighborhoods in the area and made sure I was well informed about the properties that we toured. When I had (many) questions or wanted to schedule a showing, Jeff was quick to respond and able to work with my hectic schedule. In the current market, buying a house has been very challenging, but Jeff stayed positive and helped ensure that we made smart, competitive offers. In the end, I was able to purchase a house that I love. If you are looking to buy or sell your house, I cannot recommend Jeff enough.

Jeff worked painstakingly through multiple offers in this crazy homebuyer’s market to guide us into a beautiful home. I’m so grateful for his commitment and knowledge. As an FHA buyer, I felt confident that Jeff would take care of us and give us the information that we needed to make sure we were not only offering on the best houses for us, but also that we were going to make a safe decision in an aggressive market. With all of the restrictions on looking at houses since COVID we could not go with our daughter to look at homes and it was so comforting to know that our daughter and her boyfriend were in such good hands while house hunting. We never had to worry that Jeff was going to steer them wrong. They were first time home buyer with so many questions and Jeff always had the answers. I would recommend him to anyone. Jeff is one of a kind. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and cared for. There really is no barrier to high for Jeff to overcome. He was the calm in my storm during the sale of our home while we were 700 miles away and this being our first time sell Jeff took care of everything for us and then some. I can't possibly explain the enormous level comfort in being able to trust the process with Jeff leading the way through this for us. He really took care of us and our home. Hands down best in Syracuse.
