I'm sure they're a good fit for some businesses, but we had to move on to another partner that offered better strategy, communication and more value. When we let them know we were discontinuing services we were hit with a surprise invoice that we had no communication about beforehand. It was paid, but lack of communication about items like that ultimately lead us to find a better partner.

I worked with Liz Stapleton, CPA, for preparation and completion of my mother's final year estate tax return. Instead of five stars, she deserves 20! WOW! She was a DREAM to work with, an absolute DREAM!!! She is SO knowledgeable about estate tax issues (which are not easy), professional, easy to talk to and patient with my questions! She returned my emails & phone messages in a timely manner, even during tax season! My siblings & I are SO grateful to Liz & DB&B for their professionalism, kindness and compassion during a difficult time for us. The location is in beautiful Franklin Square, is easy to access & is a beautiful office. I also interacted with Hunter & Laurina, who were courteous & professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this CPA firm for any accounting needs; can't say enough good things about it.
