I was referred to Nick from a colleague. I called and we spoke over the phone. The call went well and he instructed me to email him in January to start off the year fresh since my retiring accountant was doing my 2021 taxes. I emailed as instructed and received no response within 2 weeks. I called and left a message and still no call back. I called again in March and left another message and still no call back. He has wasted valuable time in my business and has cost me money since I have to find a new accountant on short notice. I don't understand how people operate without a care in the world. Why answer the phone or make a commitment if you cannot keep it. This was a big disappointment.
