Roy worked with us to help us settle our father's estate. It was a complicated process and he basically "held our hands" through the entire process to make the whole process run as smoothly as possible. He was patience, responsive and made himself available. When we caught errors with an institution he figured out exactly where they went wrong and helped us to rectify the situation. If you are looking for someone with integrity who knows their stuff you will not be disappointed with Roy.
