Placed a online order and it was delayed because my shipping and billing address dont match. They said that the 2 different addresses are “characteristics of fraudulent activity”. And That i must send a copy of my id for them to confirm addresses. I’ve never heard of any company lml requesting my id to ship a online product. Simple put billing and shipping must match. My question to them is, why have two options if you can only input one address? Bad business

Update:
Thats a big lie. I paid with one card and it went thru right away. I was home and made the purchase on my home wifi which is the same billing address. So please, instead of making excuses do better with your customer service. I stand by my original review.
