Same complaint. These characters show up in a pickup truck marked "Municipal Assessing" with no prior notice, wanting to see "a 1500 gallon holding tank" and "a newly installed basement bathroom." The only problem is we have never had a permit pulled for such work. We have neither a holding tank (whatever that is) nor a basement bathroom. Can't even get paperwork straight! We did, however, pay for a permit for a new boiler installed in April, but I would doubt these guys have the proper gas licenses to be inspecting a natural gas-fired boiler installation...which would seem to me to be the responsibility of the Hampton building inspector, NOT an assessing company!!! Maybe the Hampton Board of Selectmen should take another look at any contract with MRI.

Showed up without any notice .told my wife he needed to inspect the property even though the building inspector was here a week ago. He was kindly asked to leave and to give advanced notice next time .I will be contacting my local PD to ensure this company is legitimate.
