🚨 💯 DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER-EVER!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IF I COULD GIVE NO STAR I WOULD!!! My husband paid for his DUI and this dumb fuk kept on dragging the case for two years. And it is STILL going… All the paperwork HE wanted from me, I had to go and get myself which was HIS job to go and do, not ME! If he wants a secretary he should have hired one or hire ME!! I have read all these “one star” reviews and they’re ALL CORRECT!!! All of them! Always late, sometimes doesn’t show up for court dates, calls you and asks you what day is your court date and when he doesn’t show up it only gets bad for me/us as a client because it makes ME look unprofessional and lazy. And I ain’t even going to go on about how he dresses for court….terrible! 💯 … so I will write this again. DO NOT HIRE THIS SO CALLED LAWYER PLEASE 🙏🏼 🚨

If, I could give him half of star i will. It should be against the law to have so incompetent people that make themself call lawyers. HE SHOULD BE DISBARD! If you thinking about hiring him to represent you! you should represent yourself and you still do a better job compare of what he does. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH HIM AND HIS INCOMTENT STAFF!

I have not witnessed a single individual in any service work that scratches the surface of unprofessionalism as Mark Barry Friedman. Consistently, and as witnessed from several clients I did not personally know, late, shows up to court in crocs and with wrinkled clothes that appear to have been laying in the dirty clothes hamper, tie untied, rude and dismissive, disorganized and caused several delays in the court process due to being unprepared and in my opinion just plain lazy. He is cheap but it reigns true that you get what you pay for. Counts on preying on low level cases with clients who do not have much money to skate through the case, take advantage of and make a quick buck on your account. In the cases that I had hired him to represent me due to lack of funds for more competent representation, I had to do all of the research and casework myself as well as still endure being treated as a second class citizen. I wish this type of representation on no one.

HORRIBLE. You are better off representing yourself. He is a unstable, unreliable, mess. My paperwork was crumbled like it had been on the floor. He shows up late to court appearance and is honestly a bumbling goofy excuse for a lawyer. And not relevant to his work but he doesn’t appear to be the most cleanly person either. All around embrasssing and totally unproductive experience.

Terrible , terrible , terrible I employed him about 3 weeks before my court day the day came and he never showed up then once I called him he was rude & very non chalant and said he be there when he got there my court date was at 9 am I waited around until noon & still a no show. He is a complete ass hope & very unbusinesslike do not employ him if you can help it.
