We purchased a 2022 Emerald 6 months ago. in 17 years of RV'ing, I've never before experienced such excellent build quality. The coach is beautiful and runs like a dream. John Walker has built a team that cares about quality and customer service. They answer my calls 24/7. Gus, Ron, Adriel, Shawn, Cindy and John are the people you want in your corner when you buy a coach as complicated and luxurious as this. I love this company!

The fine people at Emerald Luxury Coaches are incredible!!! Perhaps the best customer service I have ever encountered....and I’m over 65 years old! Gus, Ron, James, Cindy....all incredibly customer focused. I have historically held Amazon out as the “gold standard” for customer focused businesses, but Emerald surpasses even Amazon.
