I have had nothing but excellent experiences with WMITS since our decision to transition our services to them from an independent contractor. Having an entire team, with tools like a ticketing portal and a dedicated help desk, has made a huge difference to our nonprofit - and all within our budget! Steve, Jon, and Jesse have been tremendous partners to us as we have navigated a number of long-overdue upgrades. I've managed office moves 3 times in the past, and thanks to WMITS, this most recent move was my best move experience to date. Jesse essentially project managed our recent office move, coordinating between several of our staff, an employee and a contractor from our internet provider, and a shift between two rather different settings. His guidance and insights were invaluable to us, and his staying with us throughout the move day made what could have been a stressful experience a real pleasure.

In the past we have experienced problems with networking, server up time, phone issues etc....typical problems for many small businesses. Each and every time White Mountain has been able to fix the problem and many times has recommended a better solution moving forward.
