Amazing work once again by MDM Property Management! Highly recommend them for any of your outdoor/landscaping projects. Matt and his crew built the oasis of our dreams! I needed a pool deck and patio, plus a full renovation of the yard with stone work. Wow did they deliver! They were prompt, easy to communicate with and always very responsive, the crew was respectful and great to work with, they showed up every day, and they helped improve on what I wanted. And they came in on estimate and on time. Great company to work with!

We have used MDM for roughly 10 years and couldn't be happier. Matt and Katie are total pros, and keep our landscaping in absolutely first-class condition. We also use them for plowing in the winter at a Class A office building, and never have issues. You will be happy with your choice of MDM.

We give MDM 5 stars!! Matt and his crew did three tasks for us in Concord: 1.Cleared a mini overgrown jungle and replaced the topsoil. 2.Removed topsoil and installed Fescue turf in another location together with sprinklers. 3.HydroSeeded the jungle site. We now have a beautiful lawn in front of our house, and beautiful new green grass in the former jungle. Matt and Katie run a top notch business with honesty and integrity. Thank you MDM for the professional and prompt attention. We recommend MDM wholeheartedly to anyone needing landscaping.

MDM Property Management has been one of the best landscaping/hardscaping companies I have worked with. They are very attentive to detail and take pride in their work. They answer you and let you know when to expect them on a job. They have now completed a patio with fireplace, putting green with retaining wall and patio and leveled out our backyard with loam. I would highly recommend them for any of your outdoor projects.
