I've known Nichole for over 14 years and she is the most professional and knowledgeable financial advisor I've ever met. She truly cares about her clients and what's best for them and all of their personal goals. Her team is responsive and extremely helpful. I never have to worry about any financial situations with Nichole at the helm. She's the best!

I’ve dealt with many conglomerate investment firms in the past and had always felt as though I should be thankful not just because they answered the phone, but that I were able to “squeezed me into their schedule”. Not so with NVest!! Whenever I call the office, I’m greeted with the same warm, friendly, ‘how can I assist you?’ smile, as if I had walked through their office doors. Nicole and her staff are top notch professionals. They asked about, and listened to what MY personal needs, desires and goals were, and then customized a portfolio to assist me in reaching them. How refreshing to be partnered with NVest who is INVESTED in MY best interest.

Nicole threatened to turn my account over as abandoned property. I don't take threatening to take my retirement money away from me lightly. After I called to call them out about it, Nicole dropped me as a customer. I'm sure American funds would love to know what kind of advisor they're doing business with.
Edit: 11/24/20. The funny thing is here, Nicole, is American funds had no issues mailing me my quarterly statements. The only letter I received threatening to report my account is abandoned property was from Nvest. I suppose seizing account holders money and locking it up as abandoned is part of your "fiduciary responsibility"
Edit: 12/26/20. Nicole has left me a similar voicemail to the text she left below with 1 omitted detail. She didn't want to duke this out on Google. But yet, you did anyways? Now you want to contact American Funds to have them explain this to me? You have dropped me as a customer and should no longer be accessing my financial information. Thankfully, you have no control of my retirement anymore. And it sounds like American Funds should no longer have access either.
