I worked with this institute for more than 4 years and I am very disappointed with their service and performance. The advisors couldn't care less about the clients. I changed my advisor once and the second one was even worse than first. Despite my requests in multiple occasions, Steven refused to provide details on my account performance in a way I wanted and able to understand. Comparing their Traditional IRA performance versus my company 401K, their performance is even worse and on top of that I was paying them 1% commission! Overall, 4 years that I wasted my time and money and I regret but no longer. I decided to close all my accounts with them and the moment Steven learned that he stopped helping with my account even though I initially kept a couple of accounts open with them. And that's the reason I decided to close EVERYTHING.

I don't know a lot about investing and wealth management, and Justin sat down with me and gave me a ton of great information, walked me through some basic steps, and has stayed in communication the entire time. It might be too late for me but learn from my loss and Ignore these other fake reviews and run or you might find yourself in the tent next to mine, trying to open a can of fancy feast with frozen fingers and warm memories of how it used to be.
