We searched for a fee-only advisor on and off for several years, and finally found the right fit with Solari Financial Planning. (wish we had found Michael Solari sooner, but we do not live in the immediate area). We interviewed many CFPs across multiple states, but many were not truly fee-only (so be aware).

Michael quickly made us comfortable with his process and his practical/rational approach. He makes it easy to ask questions or meet by phone or video chat, which is more convenient for us than in-office appointments.

UPDATE - we have now been working with Mike for several years and have been very pleased with the financial planning services. There have been no surprises at all with the fee-only structure.
